A Bitcoin ID (BitcoinId) is a password used to store encrypted data, allowing users to log in to various applications and websites through the internet. In traditional bank accounts, users can create a digital wallet that includes personal information such as name, address, or phone number. However, a Bitcoin ID does not belong to an individual, as its owner has no authority to control private keys or mnemonic phrases.
A Bitcoin ID is generated in the form of ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. The project is supported by ConsenSys and has a close partnership with BitGo.

According to CoinDesk’s report, a Bitcoin account password can be used to send encrypted currencies. According to data provided by Bitcoin technology company Chainalysis, approximately 250 addresses control over 1 billion BTC (worth over $10 billion). If one of these addresses is hacked and funds are transferred without a valid solution, the remaining undisclosed information will be transferred to the exchange’s account, while the remaining money will be converted into another form — using special strings to protect their transactions from phishing attacks.
